I got nearly the same problem.

Google Chrome downloads the autohaven.jnlp.
Sometimes launching it starts H&H, somtimes only the splash screen appears and nothing happens.

Using the install link in PAQ will download a file called haven.jnlp with same effects.

some news on that?
