Our entire village dissappeared last night?

The worst monsters in the Hearthlands warp the fabric of space and time..

That's very peculiar. I've never joined in on the World 7 propaganda, but could this be a precursor of what is to come?
Scooby Doo taught us that the real monsters are humans.

Well it's sure different from nuked areas we had in W5 - but it sounds like informations of the layer houses etc are on is missing...the houses themselves are a layer for themselves - that way you're able to "enjoy" it as long you've been able to stay in it or log in there... i guess you will be able to leave it but i suggest to stay inside for now (hope you have a HF inside)

You should give a PM to Jorb and loftar pointing to this thread!

If they aren't able to fix it you and your friends might need to move elsewhere - maybe you can take over an exsisting place - Evighed had offered one in A&O viewtopic.php?f=30&t=29598 ...with a village you might be able to TP between that and your HF inside your Timber House "in space" to carry stuff...

pls don't take my joking with your name not to serious (when i see a nick with hack in it i can't resist)...i'll sure help you ppl if i can!

oh and hack the f***in latest update into your Ender! no joke!

Didn't you specifically ban people for posting that exact same thing in the past?

ironic, isn't it

So one of our other villagers was also inside the house, we had him try to leave and it would not let him. My wifes char is inside the log cabin there is enough materials inside the cabin to build a HF but I have realized since she cannot leave that she would get stuck inside the cabin if I have her make the HF because when she logs in she will only get the options of where she logged out and HF...

all of us currently only have the options of login in the wilderness or where we logged out.

I am sending the admins msg's now with a link to this thread.

well i suggest noone of you should change location atm - better if you have to rescue your stuff... that way you might have better options

If you're place isn't getting fixed it's wise to have HFs in the houses where your stuff is - even if you're not having an own village yourself then others might invite you to get your stuff there in safety - so you're able to TP back into houses to fetch more ... in W5 we had data loss in areas so that there where nuked areas where everything was exsisting but not usable - i experienced that myself so i know it's better not to rush anything!

I would like to add, the claim still exists but the marker post for the claim is gone, its almost as if all the things are there but invisible. Weird.

Whats your best rough guesstimate on how long it may take for someone to look at this? I would start another settlement nearby or something but i am afraid the same thing would happen again. If this game is ran off of MySQL ( which im not sure it is ) I think the lag AND this loss of data would make sense as a pair. Corrupted databases can continue to have data loss and be extremely hard to access in my experience.

Database is not MySQL afaik it's Berkley (but not sure atm) - well noone can tell how fast Loftar reads the PM and is able to care for it - maybe someone of the mods or another player who is at Salem forums or chat with them points here...but don't expect it's getting handled superfast...

well i'm loggin out now - if you have questions feel free to PM me
