Did you try with full path to Java .exe? i.e.

Tried doing that(Both Java 6 and 7) still the same

And don't worry, it's a X64 machine, X64 Java version(Both 7 and 6), and it's the X64 version of the Ender client.

This is getting frustrating.

enable AV again (Which is it? - Won't be bad to have some more Info on OS, Graphic card - drv version))

Router reset to factory settings

drv rollback for graphics

test your java (64 Bit test works with 64 Bit Browser only afaik)

AV: ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS 6
To what version ? I own a GTX670 and I run the latest version of the drivers for that card(Previous time I ran the game was during World 6 with a diffrent PC and a diffrent GPU, Nvidia 7800 I belive)

I ran the Java test, it asked me to downlaod java for chrome. after a litlle while the applet worked and said this:

you also need to look in the path C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe to make sure you have 64 Bit Java there

if not you'll have to install - or switch to 32 Bit Ender

add the IP address of HnH (178.63.100.209) as a trusted IP address to the ESET Advanced Setup and enable again

Did you use a fresh Ender install or the one you used in W6?

Okay,
Java is there(At the X64 install path).
I installed an older version of nVidia drivers (314.22)
I used a fresh Ender install, re-downloaded everything.

I can't seem to exclude an IP from filtering for some reason, I looked online and it seems that I am missing firewall options in my ESET installation... no idea why

Will I need to get another installation ? I.... didn't actually buy the AntiVirus....I just replace my key with another when it expires....(Don't kill me, it's expensive as hell and I'm only a teen I.E. no income.. and parents won't buy it for me.)

Get rid of NOD - grab Avira free http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus

one daily nag screen - works well

(Had different payed AV /Security suites over the last 15+ years (NOD aswell) - after trying MS Security Essentials switched to Avira free and i'm ok with that - i do regularly scans with other tools (i.e. gmer, Hitman Pro, Malwarebytes, sysinternals) and bootable linux live systems)

On a diffrent note, do you think it may be anything else but the server IP possibley being blocked ?

You might check whether your provider offers child security measures and if it's turned on for your connection?
