Did you contact Charter Com Help Desk about it? Or use the ask function on their support page?

I was able to run the minecraft launcher as a .jar file. Still nothing new for h&h. I did remember that I had an internal clock reset about a month ago, but I've already set it back to the correct time and synced it to the internet, so I doubt thats the issue unless something else got reset with it

being able to launch minecraft sounds good :)

while i'm not sure if it helps: secure login by SSL at forums (bottom of login page), accept and import (store on your PC) the certificate (show details...)
then login with Ender or try default client...

If you're not certain what caused the clock reset i'd suggest running a malware scan with a bootable CD
