Also try using a custom client. I would recommend using union, and next time please use the search function, and state which client, OS and the error log in OP.

if you are using a custom client like Ender download score.res ( it's the v6 one) and drop into custom_res/gfx/fx/ (if you haven't that custom_res folder you have do create it and the subfolders inside aswell)

if you're not using a custom client i suggest getting Ender ( you'll need Jogl and Gluegen libaries for Linux - you might take them from all platforms pack http://jogamp.org/deployment/jogamp-cur ... atforms.7z)
