Likely, unless you have vandalism learned, your character is stuck there until either the claim owner comes around and lets you out or your char dies of starvation.

Unfortunately your best bet is to start a new char. Youll get back to where you were decently fast because of what you've learned so far, and you are not likely to of gotten very far LP/stat wise so it isnt a terrible loss. Just be sure to get Yeomanry asap to keep this from happening again.
