Check whether it's a driver problem with Java/ jogl /OGL - there are different forums where to look at

I'm not sure but i think graphic drivers that are getting updated with Windows update are somewhat crippled - so it's best to manually uninstall and update with manufactures drivers

Also you might test different drv versions - sometimes an oder driver might work better with some stuff than newer ones

From that traceroute, it's quite obvious that your problem is your Internet connection. There isn't a whole lot I can do about that.

Tell them about your troubles playing an MMOG and that you did different traceroutes to the server you're playing on and that you found weird routing, many timeouts and lots of packets losses.
That all other possible matters where excluded by testing already. Ask them polite if they can check for themselves and look if they can help you...best is trying to get connected to a technican (they often are more interested to solve such as the "sales" call center people are)

Other question: can you play with the connection you made this post with? As it's a different provider...

traceroute done:

i used my router's traceroute feature to do this one... is it super bad? and is there anything that can be done within the router settings?
i've been sent to the log in screen about 7 times within the last 10 minutes.

e: nvm... i guess i'll politely ask my ISP to resolve this
