This part is what makes no sense to me, and it seems to be the punchline. The best assumption I can make is that "bad" is meant to be "bag." In which case, he's saying if both you and your target (unconscious or dead player) have clear inventories, you can steal without leaving a scent. I don't think this is true. A lot got lost in translation here, I guess.

Everyone can rightclick and "Steal" from a knocked out person, even if you dont have the skill or turned criminal acts off. But you cant take their items though, you only see what they wear.
When secretz found this he was mass spamming naked chars which got killed all the time, but was too retarded to understand how it really works and made a false bug report...

Last time I tried to steal from my ancestor all I could do was follow it. It died from starving HHP damage (NOt from starving itself). The body was standing up though and when I came back later was a skeleton with all the items gone. Was kinda frustrating cuz it died with almost a full inventory of fish
