you need to get back to the village, even if its hard. theres no reason for divine intervention as long as theres an ingame way of dealing with the situation. make an adventure out of it! its fun

You're not understand the situation kimya. There are no members in the village, and thus no one capable of preforming recruitment or training to become a LS. The village cannot be founded again and thus he litterally need Loftar's intervention because of hte lack of village management functions.
