I know see there was no bug, I just always assumed that there was a natural metabolism all hearthlings had which reduced hunger gradually. DatOneGuy raises a valid point though, maybe in overstuffed stat there should be a natural drain of hunger, so that no noob gets stuck there without a way to use stamina

Or if you have Pottery skill, dig your way out of the Overstuffed status.
Digging costs a good amount of stamina too.

The simplest of all is only to lift above your head the item and crawl around with this. It does not matter what it is: the log, the carcass, the basket. Anything that can be lifted is good. It is not quick but it reduces the overstuffed.
