I'm not saying that they don't deserve some of the rep they get, or that they're generally shady and deceitful when addressing the issue, but the main reason that people mention AD whenever someone talks about "evil russians" is because they've heard it here before. Random newbies get their village ransacked and 20 people post "I bet it was AD!" on the forums. It's a neverending cycle.

There's no way AD is responsible for HALF of the stuff they get blamed for. And if they somehow actually are? Then kudos to them, because that's a mighty impressive breadth of destruction they've wrought.

AD just claimed to have raided a q109 clay spot in this very thread. The reason people say they're evil is because they steal and murder. It's not because of some mysterious neverending cycle.

I never said they didn't...

I'm not even defending them. I'm just saying that the reason that everyone always mentions them in griefing threads is BECAUSE everyone always mentions them in griefing threads. There are dozens of other factions out there that do things much worse than AD, but they don't get mentioned in every single thread about someone stealing some wax from a newb farmer. AD is the face of evil in this game (as perpetuated by certain people on the forums).

Why the hell every single thread has to become AD vs the world? I mean, alright if they are evil, but does that have to be mentioned in every single thread?

although AD might claim to have known all the exploits. their fighters use charter stones, which means they cannot use the summon trick. which makes me wonder if they truley knew about it or are just claiming they did.

People give AD too much credit, they aren't on 24/7/30 to even take credit for every grief in every time zone if they are a griefer nation (Note, I neither defend them or accuse them of such).

On topic: The bug has not been fixed, I repeat the bug has not been fixed. I spawn next to the hearthfire I was designated to spawn at but the hearthfire still spawns at the surface.
