Large Chest stuck in the wall

after dozens of times' tries, i have finally got very close to the boat, i am right next to it on the pic below, however, i cannot do anything with the boat. no lifting, no opening it to get the chests inside, of course no way to avast
i guess i might as well have to bother and ask J&L...
