I had a look at the scent. I couldn't see anything weird or abnormal about it, however.

if people are crashing the server on purpose they could also be trying to dupe things. something like a troll skull would be worth the time.

I was told that perp has no charterstone by some who talked to you loftar. and as for your second question you asked them. Yes I got the summoning option. but when i clicked force summon it said "perpetrator could not be summoned"

so you can still summon a perp if they're already summoned and in combat while offline?
