1. that you can't port when swimming is known - even RoB Wiki states it
2. having "show claims" toggled on should be normal state when boating around
3. seems that others haven't needed to encounter that you can't turn on criminal acts when swimming for a long time - prolly if you hadn't missclicked it would still be sleeping deep in the vaults of forums

most importantant: you missclicked so i don't think you'll get a resurection as it was the trigger for your death and not an intended game mechanic or a bug

But i had 150cons, i could turn on criminal acts to get out of watter if the game let me, but it didnt let me do it, that's a bug or something...

The stupid thing is that i couldnt activate criminal acts while swiming so was impossible to get out of the water.

Why you can't activate criminal acts while swimming is a mystery to me. (Ask Devs and wait for a replay if needed.)
But, combined with the fact that you can't move* around in a claim where you have no rights (while criminal acts is off). Its a curtain dead trap, and that (the combination) seems to me a bug (unintentional feature).

*) Assuming that was the reason why you could not get out of the water. And it also blocks any other possible escape routes.

All true, that means: i didnt die for misclicking, i died for the bug. I was near the ground, i could get out if this bug did not exist.

this is so sad.. the bug and thieft accounts... but we need learn something about this, never take it nothing is in this game seriously..

That sucks, if i make an online game i will help every player who has problems coz of bugs and steals. I dont know if Jorb or loftar had read this but if yes, i think they are not propertly helping players. To die by a bear, a bandit or drowning is ok, to die by a bug or an stolen account sucks. Its an error.

I think their point of view on the game is pure alpha one. If you die, you die from something you find out that no one did before (or someone could), and they might (will) fix it eventually if they think its worth to fix. They wont resurrect you for that, same as they didn't resurrect people that died from lag, from server crashes when their discs collapsed and so on. I know its a blow, but the game is in a stage that you can simpy die from something no one has ever had problems before. Just need to face it and continue, even tho i know its hard.

This is true and I agree but, with the exception of account theft - account theft should always be taken seriously, the char should be reinstated and the account stealer should be banned for life!
Providing it's not stolen because of some dodgy client or you giving your account details away, those two examples are your own fault.
