too bad - i wonder why different people experience different because i had no problems today and i've been drying hides, tanning, transporting blocks in LCs and dropped in signs, dug and burned bricks, made lots of boards and coal from them and also sorted a lot of cups and signs today with loads of shift scrolling - while seeing your on/off "lightshow" problems

I've been disconeecting even when touching the signs. Or lets say after puting something (1 or 50 items) in cb, then walking away, then after 5+ sec dcing. He should simply put stuff back as it was and try to find better solution.
