That would be quite impossible, though, since there is no way (that I can think of, at least) to map a certain position in the cave world to an entrance which leads to it.
You could keep track of which entrance a character enters a cave through, and if he builds a hf while inside a cave that hf is permanently associated with the same entrance? Depends on how hard/ugly it would be to code this of course.
