Well thats me Nao. And yes, I am noob. No I am not their leader. Yes you are f..er cuz you abused my willingness to help noobs. Yes, It was stupid to carry my keys with me.

Anyway, this thread was not to cry because of death. I accepted I was killed because I was not careful enough and also I have to admit, you have only stolen all the stuff but you did not meaningless destroy anything on my property, what I am grateful as much a one can be grateful to the murderrer and thief.

But abusing the ingame bug is something different. This is what I do feel is spoiling the game itself, because even if I did follow all the rules of safety, you were able to get into my place just with the use of the stupid bug.

Actually this 'bug' really just broadens what you should do for safety, and that is keep your village claim pretty far out, and if you can set 2 layers of brickwalls. Modular insides as AD and Sodom have are your best bet. They can only by MANY MANY tries jump even to the outer walls with thousands (many thousands) of construction signs. You can get almost anywhere with this 'bug' but it really takes a lot to do.

If you don't want it to happen again (yes this is a shitty way to learn such a lesson), put construction signs inside your walls that have short claims.

IMHO the issue is a clear indication that CRs should spawn like HFs do.

Surely this might give problems with CRs like in constantinople, but i think the tradeoff is better than current implementation which allows jumping >10 tiles.

Maybe have it so a CR will take up like a 5 by 5 tile space (can be more depending) but its actual Hitbox is the center tile. Should make it so you cant build anything in this 5 x 5 square or drop anything (like how shallow water does). IF you do DC inside with something, well... maybe make it "no hitbox" or something........

Sucks if you spend weeks building 5 Layers of brickwall and have someone jump pass all of it in under 1/2 a day.

we woulda gotten in with the ram behind your
north gate anyway, that gate's half dead and
would have been able to hide the ram.

Though yeah, this bug needs to be fixed, as
much fun as it is it takes alot to get around it

doesn't take much to get around it. Extend your village claim over 20 tiles and keep the inside of your village modular and you'll be fine.

No, you could theoretically cross any distance with this. It's just the matter of how many construction signs you're willing to place.
