How can I die while being logged off?

How, then, would you propose to combat all the griefing rage-less characters can do, such as stealing, destroying, building, &c., if the defender cannot even attack him?

And what's the other solution then? If I couldn't be summoned, I could just wreak havoc all over the world. Spend a few days killing everyone I see, then play with an alt character for a week or so till the heat dies off.

This system is kinda good because you can't really avoid the consequences of messing with someone bigger than you. Build a palisade, you can steal from noobs. Build a brickwall, you can steal from small villages. Build an entire island filled with brickwalls and archers and you can get away with most murders.

Problem is you didn't really do anything wrong, but I guess you can see it as collateral damage of the system.

I agree with all of hasaosan's points, he makes a very compelling argument. There are virtually no flaws in what he is proposing and I think jorb and loftar are a gay.
