Crop quality keeps dropping despite high farm level.

The worst monsters in the Hearthlands warp the fabric of space and time..

Looks like with beehive I got from descending quality loop, so may be crops softcaped by beehive quality too - then zero with no beehive looks right. Still just idea, have to gather some generations to check...

No, I have plant fibres and straw Q zero with 4 beehives. I dont know what is the Q of the Beehives, but isn't zero because the wood is +/- Q10.

Normally if it's a bug the mighty Jorftar would have come to give everyone a cuddle and a few kind words by now. Seems possible there is a change that hasn't been discovered yet affecting things.

Does anyone have a scythe yet who also has this problem? It seems possible that the tool you are harvesting with may have an effect?

No tools other'n scythe affect harvesting. I've harvested naked before, I think (i'm pretty sure at least). Scythe only makes (or only made) harvesting much faster. Since you can harvest without tools, having tools equipped should not affect crop quality, otherwise it makes it so you need metalworking just to farm (and metal) and at that point the game is not worth playing if I have to have a mine and everything else to do a basic thing, since I pretty much can guarantee I won't have a mine anywhere near me.

You won't be saying that in a week or two when you realize how many abandoned homes there are. A 30 second boat ride south of my village literally bring you to the ghetto. There's abandoned claims everywhere with the occasional newb taking things and raiders patrolling. It reminds me of Detroit.

Also it seems mines are like everywhere now. Every other screen you find one...

Go around an entire majorly large area, spend 5 hours exploring (roughly), find no caves.

And yet gold is still friggin rare.

I'm kinda glad though, I mean it sucks for you guys in the village, but i've got a little settlement with a tin and copper area, and i'm happy.

It was a long trip to sodom every time i wanted metal. lol

This bug affects on the all type of seeds. You can see it on the carrot because its plant's cycle is the shortest.

I asked about it on the irc. Noone had increase quality after several generation.
