I've been browsing init7's website for a while, but I cannot seem to find any reasonable address to contact them for technical inquiries. Does anyone else have any luck?
On the other hand, the link at the bottom of their pages just sent me on a half-hour long Wikipedia session on Swiss politics. :)

I guess info@init7.net is your best bet, they might redirect you or forward the e-mail to someone who can actually do something.

A very good question indeed. I haven't changed the network code in the slightest, so I can only assume it is caused by the increase in traffic. It is very odd why init7 would start failing because of that, however; maybe Haven traffic is 90% of their transit? :)

lol. some other place having similar issues. mind you, was from last year. I don't forsee init7 being fixed anytime soon. I wonder if there's a way to reroute, not using init7

This problem is at the point where I can't effectively play and earn LP any more. I am constantly being disconnected.

It's getting worse again, the time outs are occurring much more frequently.

Anyone know which ISPs from canada are routing through there?

We don't seem to be a large group but I imagine if we all complain to our respective ISPs we might be able to get them to change the routing plan, it probably won't be a fast connection but it would more likely be stable.

On the other hand assuming they can't change anything it would be nice to know if i could get on a better connection simply by going to my father's business where they have a different ISP.

Anyone know if Bell Canada in the Greater Toronto Area has this problem? Not that I want to bail on you guys but if all I have to do is walk for a few minutes in the cold to go sit in the backroom of my father's business that would be preferable.

I am having the same trouble, although I am in Georgia, USA. My routing goes through that init7 network which seems to be the source of the problem.

Till dc'ing quite frequently. I log in, play literally 5 seconds, dropped. Connection refused:connect.

Wait a while.

Try again, play, lag, lag, dc.

While i'm dc'ed the site here takes a long time to load, other sites are fine.

Last time I wrote here, I forgot to tell that my ISP is Videotron in Canada. I wrote to their technical support and they answered me that they don't help when problems are with a game server.
