I don't see what we can do. I'm sad because H&H is a great game but unplayable in these conditions. I don't understand why it's the only game and the only site I have a problem if it's a ISP routing trouble. F*** init7!

That post isn't too good news, seeing how it's more than half a year old, and the problem still seems to persist. Perhaps I can sway Hetzner into not peering with init7? Seems doubtful, but I guess it can't hurt to try...

It's got to the point where it is unplayable I'm afraid to say. They're getting more frequent then every 5 minutes. I hope the admins can figure out what's wrong, but until then I'll have to leave this game alone

This is still happening to me, too. I live in Michigan, USA, though; not Canada. My ISP is TDS Telecom. I'll log in, then about 3-4 minutes later, I disconnect. It's getting to the point where this game is un-playable.

even with only 750ish people online the game is almost unplayable

I really hope this gets fixed soon, I would donate a lot of cash, time and effort in to helping this problem get solved

I tried running Zentetsuken's IP address in mtr for about an hour and a half, and what I see only makes me more convinced that the problem is with init7. Here be the results:

Over 13% packet loss over what seems to be their transatlantic connection; that's pretty bad if you ask me. (Just the 2.6% packet loss at their peering point with Hetzner is bad enough in my ever so humble opinion.) Assuming they won't fix their problems, though, I've really no clue what to do about it. It's kind of out of my hands.
