Personal Beliefs no lp bonus

I inherited some LP from my dead character, also inherited personal beliefs, but they don't give me more lp... I have maxed peacefull, and have 144% of lp gain olny because i droped 1 point in it. Can somebody repair it? It's somewhat annoying, because i have to drop this belief to 0 and max it again and it will take years... the same with "change".

When you die your change/tradition slider will reset to neutral. Your other sliders however won't. So with full peaceful but no points in change 144% LA sounds about right. No bug here if I got it right what you are trying to tell us.
