made house over crops, crops doesn't disappear

character name : sankto

hello,

i've just made a timber house over some crops, thinking the crops would be destroyed upon finishing the house... but they don't !
and i'm stuck with un-harvestable crops showing over (and right next to) my house, which is ugly.
i'd prefer if i didn't had to destroy my house :(

please, is there a way to clear this, or can an admin clear the mess i made of this? Thank you !

i can give further information if needed.

destroy your house.

This also happens with other things that dont' have hitboxes like logs, be careful and clear the site before building.

DatOneGuy is correct. The crops will remain there forever and the only way is to destroy your house if you want to remove the crops beneath, which will actually take a lot longer than just rebuilding a new house. Live and learn. It could be worse.

You can also use this to your advantage and decorate the visible part under your house or any structures. Hops under walls are particularly popular.

oh well, guess i'll have to bear with it for the time, since i can barely scratch the house with my newbie punches n' kicks... a battering ram would help i suppose?

A few weeds isn't worth breaking your house.

The LP that comes from breaking/rebuilding your house might be, don'tchya think? (I'm assuming breaking things gives LP... I've never had to do so. >.>)

I never got LP from destroying things, but I also never destroyed a house. But my guess would be it doesn't give LP either. Rebuilding it does though.
