Well I was killing some alts with swimming when I noticed after my first one, the next one had a swimming button, yet he had not bought it yet. I was not able to swim with it, but I could turn it on and off. This will probally work with other skills, but I have only tested it with swimming. Heres a pic: Image

I haven't really tested this in any other way, If anyone wants to, be my guest.

Happens everytime, you can't swim with it sadly, would make suicide a lot easier.
