Strangle cannot initiate combat since no intensity

You cannot start a battle off with strangle.... you have to attack, cancel that attack then strangle the person.

iam assuming this is because intensity has to be below 4, however since the battle hasn't started, there is no intensity.

iirc correctly, you could do this in the old system. should be fixed, imo.
