Bug with peppermill

When I take peppermill in hand, my internet connection has crashed,when the internet back online i log in in game, but peppermill stil in my hand and i can't drop it, or moving character and etc. I can't play anymore.Please help me...

well, can you put it into your inventory instead of dropping it?, u can get your inventory up by presssing tab.
