Travel weariness bar not showing properly

Ok, so I had my travel weariness bar filled about 2/3 of the way but I couldn't travel to a place that only takes 10% of my TW. I then drank some alcohol and the bar suddenly appeared as full and started to empty normally.

So it's just a minor glitch but thought I should mention it. And sorry, forgot to take screenies.

Could it be that you changed equipment, or ported back to HF over a really long distance?
