Can't log in

Yesterday the server went down as I was leaving my house, since then I can't play anymore.
"Connection refused: connect"
Whenever I can get it to log in everything looks strange and the main page is the background or I have no head and can't move and things like that.
I can't even create a new character because the errors are there too.

Anyone have any Ideas on what i should do?

Try to boot from a new version of the client you are using, reinstall Java, clear temp.. I must say I'm not an expert on this but one of these usually fixes the error for me :3
