Can't get Haven and Hearth to work... >_>

I've reinstalled java twice now and I still can't get H&H to work....idk what to do. I click the icon and nothin happens...

So, what icon do you click?
If you click the icon on top of the forums here, you may have an adblocker active.
Also, check Critique & Ideas for Pacho's or Gilbertus' client, and see if those work.

Please be a bit more specific.

When I try to run autohaven.jlnp, all that happens is a black cmd type screen flashes up and goes away instantly.

Next, I tried Pacho's client. I clicked the 64 bit version, extracted it, and ran the bin and all I got was this message....
