Majorly laggy client??

I don't really get why this is going on. Same computer, internet, etc. Worked before. Now it's quite laggy even if I am in middle of nowhere on a new character.

Maybe my drivers are out of date or something. Also, apparently where my character picture is there is a big white space and my character over top of it. Not sure if that will help at all. Anyone got any other suggestions?
