after java loads no window opens :(

after i log in and java is loading... the java loading window disapears and nothing else happens...

Im having same problem ive try re-installing java ive allso tryed installing java build's 19 , 20 & 21 i got 1 to load once but it crashed again im racking my brain's on this any help welcome !

if one of the creators of the game can answer... they tested the game on diff pcs. maybe they encountered this bug or error...
