connection timed out

Postby overtyped » Tue Nov 16, 2010 1:25 am

I was at a coffee shop and was playing haven and hearth working perfectly and when i come home it wont run at all i get a messege that says connection timed out. I did happen to get in yesterday but it took up to 5 minutes from clicking for my character to actually do the task. I live in a hotel and the connection is shared by its resisidents but im able to do everything like watch movies play world of warcraft any browser mmo except haven and hearth. If someone could give me a solid way to fix this i be eternally grateful as haven and hearth is my life.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

that does nothing. I restarted the client and the computer several times. If i do get in by luck it takes 3-5 minutes before what i do happens so if i right click on a rock 3-5 minutes later it will bring up the option to chip it , same with messeges and moving.
