Character not logging out

Here I am playing Haven and Hearth, minding my own business when my computer decides to crash.
I reboot haven and hearth and receive a message that I am already logged in. I go onto and alt, and find my hearthling where I lost him, though afk.

I have not been able to log onto my main hearthing for almost four hours, is there a way an admin can force log me off, or something I can do to log off?
My hearthling's name is Lefty, on the account Lefty.

Disconnect from the Internet for about one minute and then reconnect. Your character *should* be logged out when you do that.

open task manager, click on processes, find java, end process (note this will close out anything currently running on java, like clients)
