Shovel bug - digging works the same when you remove shovel

Sorry to break this, but I found out that you can dig at the same speed as if you're using a shovel if you 1st equip the shovel, then click to dig, then remove the shovel while digging to...say...put your traveller's sacks on?

The same way works the other way - if you equip a shovel while starting to dig without one, you still dig as slowly, but that was noticed before IIRC.

Yeah , Its a bug which I have reported reported some time ago. Though I got to say its really helps speed up stuff when I dig for clay with 2 sacks.

It was a PM sent directly to Jorb/Loftar. ( Cause it included all the Test I did with it and its result )

Not shovel related - this time it's the pickaxe. It's the same bug as in the OP but it only works if you chip stone from cellar boulders...
