Log stuck in doorway?

So I was starting construction on a Timber House today and I had some logs laying around the construction site. Well I was pretty far into construction when I realized there were two logs that I couldn't get to because they were inside the construction site. So I just continued building anyways thinking they would go away, but after I finished my construction site I realized that the log was still there, except it was lodged between the door and the house and I can't even lift it or anything. So is there anything I can do or do I have a unique entrance way to my house? haha

If people want to I can provide a screenshot, just not right now because I'm tired. lol.

Nothing much that can be done there as logs have no collisions for you to lift it from. The question is the logs preventing you from entering the house?

Luckily no, but sometimes when I click the door it brings up the menu to make boards or chop into blocks.

It's more of a visual glitch then anything.
