Clearcut 1000x1000 area with no cliffs?

It's a clearcut 1000x1000 square. That in itself is not impossible, would suggest a macro, but not a bug.

The problem I have with the area is that there are no cliffs whatsoever. What the hell happened there?

heh, that's a nuke, is a bug that loftar supposedly fixed, twice, a long time ago...

Because I could imagine the area got hit by data-corruption at some point without anyone noticing...

no, we CALL it a nuke because when it happens the political implications of random effects tend to drive peoples paranoia so it's sort of a tongue-in-cheek joke...

Right, makes sense. Also, supposedly there's a lot of wagons full of chairs there, so there might be someone who's chopping the trees as well...

It looks like a nuked, user-restored area. Who plants trees like that? A reforester, maybe. Clearcutters don't cut squares, or leave trees, or nuke cliffs.
