Loading screen of Death

Hello everybody, I am new to this game but enjoy it when I can. That is, Whenever the loading screen doesn't grow so attached to me it never leaves. I have to end an unresponsive script after a while and then shut the game down until the game finally lets me on. My firewall is off when I play this game, so I know thats not the issue. Can anybody help me please?

What type of connection (and what else is clogging bandwith on it) ?
