Can't load H&H webpage.

When I try to load the H&H webpage I get "The connection has timed out." page. I also get an application error when trying to run the client "Unable to launch the application". I'm assuming/hoping that if I get the webpage issue resolved that it might fix the client issue. This is on my laptop which I used to play H&H on, running Windows Vista and Java 6. I have the firewall turned off and have closed most of AVG's operations. Have tried this with Pacho's Client as well and still get the application error. Any suggestions?

A lil update on my previous post. I can load H&H webpages just fine on my desktop which is connected to same network as my laptop. I've checked and double checked that the firewall is indeed off and I even removed AVG from my laptop. Ran tracert on havenandhearth.com on my laptop and it loses hops after the 12th one. Tracert of course goes through clean on my desktop so I'm assuming its a system issue of some sort on my laptop, the question is what issue might it be? Running Vista Home Premium on the laptop.
