Super Bug

Was resolved when relogged thankfully, but anyway...

Entered another player's area with which I had trespassing rights but not theft rights. Brought a boat into the area.

Deposited some items.

Attempted to withdraw chest from boat. Didn't work.

Attempted to withdraw boat from area didn't work.

The bug:

Player had his claim stake built into his house (same tile, glitch).

Player had a cart right on his claim borders.

Walked in between cart and an uncompleted item which yielded a corner bug.

Player declaimed area.

Player moved cart.

I couldn't move outside of where I was previously stuck. Could not even drop the boat.

Thankfully, relogging worked. Traveling to hearth wasn't even an option.
