Leather cloak glitch

Whenever i have my leather cloak on and i sail in a boat, it simply disappears. I can tell because my arms are bare while sitting in the boat. Most likely a spriting error, confirmation from anyone?

There used to be a similar problem with hooded capes.

Theres something like hooded capes on the account screen with the cape not showing
W3 - Apolion, Terricieil (old & new), Westedge & Saltmummys other place.
W4 - Quahog
W5 - Yggdrasil (now gone) - New Yggdrasil.
