Empty fresh new mine?

Long story short: Prospecting across new grids, came across a Copper mine. Prospected the hell outta it until finding the spot.

Spot found, built it.

Then "wow, my first mine ever, awesome, lemme check it!", went down, and saw this:

Is this some sick joke? Wow, took me forever to find that shit, and then, wow:
