Mining loops ignore stamina.

I was mining a cave, and found that if I had low stamina upon finishing the hourglass, I would automatically stop mining. If I had higher stamina though, it would automatically set up another hourglass and I kept mining, over and over, despite running out of stamina on that second hourglass. I did three full ones without any stamina whatsoever. I'm pretty sure this is not intended.

I've seen a similiar bug while mining, sometimes seeing myself mine without losing stamina, it's also happened while cutting trees. I've got no idea what could be causing it.
