Iron Ore = Tin Bar?

So apparently when smelting iron ore (from a cave), it turned into a tin bar. While provide screenshots if needed =x.

Did you have the 'Iron ore' picked up in your hand when you determined it was iron, or was it IN your inventory? There's been a visual bug since forever.

All ores haven been renamed to Ore.

The iron ore label is just still on it. Soon the only way to determin what you have mined is turning it into bars.
