Unexitable caves

Seems like caves facing east on the outside (or atleast some of them) cant be exited. Due to not having a sprite for west on the inside
(which the floor direction is.) you try and go onto the black area to exit the cave but you cant get close enough and are stuck in the cave intill you warp out.

This was mentioned in the Inn, I believe. Is the issue that the cave exit doesn't load, or that it's too far from the cave itself to actually reach?
