Slider of personal believes went back

I just clicked 1 point towards peace and for a few minutes, everything was alright
but now, my slider jumped back to the start?! how did this happen? (i didn't click on it to go back, didnt even had the points to do so)

It seems that I'm not the only one with this problem, a friend of mine had also a strange bugg with the slider
He also specced 1 point into peace but at him, the slider of change went back but peace stayed

I was hoping it was a bugg for like an hour or something but today, my slider isn't fixed..
I hope someone can look at this from the devs?
