Game doesn't loading.

Hello!
Today happened one problem. With my account, i guess.

So, here it is:
I add one guy in a kin list. When i kin him, he don't have a name, just a "???" like when you memorize someone. So, i decided renamed him, and when i press enter my screen starts laging.
I logout, then go on the charter select, everything is normal, but... when i enter the game - nothing happening.
I tried to enter the game in other account - all is ok.

What can i do with this situation?
