The link is for a grey hearth fire, that i had discovered while hunting.
I left the area, came back, entered timber house, left, and still it stayed grey.
May i ask why this is/is it a bug?

It doesn't appear the same as an offline HF, as one of those is A light green. This appears completely different

It's the same. It's just the hearth behind it that is throwing you off.
