Cant Lay Brick in Cave

I would like to lay brick in my cave for color-coding my cupboards, but paved stone is already on those tiles and it wont let me lay brick over the stone. I cannot get rid of stone since planting grass in a cave is not allowed. can we have it so Stomp to Dirt reverts stone to cave? e: also i was not aware cave was the problem please let me lay brick on cave

you can lay brick on stone, you just can't lay brick in a cave. loftar said something about it in irc one night, he's working on it or something. stomp dirt or some other new action should break up pavement though, that would be great.

You can't lay bricks on cave floor, laying stone is posible, bricks - no.
