Character dead?

i was fishing in my boat, i was afk for 30min and when i come back the game was on select character screen and my character wasnt there, bug? someone killed me ?

Someone probably killed you. Don't do AFK-fishing, this happens a lot.

It'd be neat if you could build a wall over a river. Maybe it'd be weaker than the rest of the wall segments because it'd have the holes or whatever. Or metal bars as a grate.
