I am not entirely sure, but I think when you have been summoned the character might still show as sleeping despite him being dead in another place. Did you leave summonable scents?

Yes, i leave summonable scents, but when i left to sleep (log out) i destroyed my hearth fire. I think it have led to removal of the character.
and i think is bug, when you destroy hearth fire and go sleep in bed character deleted

Classic mistake. When you destroy your hearthfire you put yourself in even more danger, because people can summon you anywhere they want to. Would be a harsh exploit if destroying your fire made you safe, so it does the opposite and exposes you to everyone.

That you still show as sleeping is indeed a graphical bug then.


To sum this up: Don't destroy your hearthfire, put it in a secure place. You are dead, no refunds.

Yes. Just like logging out in a bed and then logging in at hearthfire.
